In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning

- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives, from discovery through launch
- Strong partnership experience with engineering, architecture, data, and Experience Design teams
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, balancing delivery timelines with evolving business needs
- Familiarity with digital application experiences, including customer onboarding, servicing, or transaction flows
- Understanding of risk, legal, and control considerations in financial services product delivery
- Experience supporting data-driven decision making, including use of analytics to inform product improvements
- Exposure to AI, automation, or decisioning capabilities within digital products, with ability to partner on practical implementation
- Ability to identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex business and technical concepts into actionable plans
- Effective communication skills, with ability to clearly convey product updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
