As a Lead Channel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.

You will report directly to our regional manager and work closely with a team of our technical solution consultants, channel business managers, customer service and marketing teams on a remote schedule. 

We are actively considering candidates in the Mountain and Central Time Zones. 

In this role, you will impact the company's success significantly. By developing and executing channel sales strategies, you will drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence through effective collaboration with channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide guidance to channel sales representatives will contribute to the company's overall growth and position Honeywell as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in working with distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $166,000 - $209,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $166,000 - $209,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
