In this role, you will:
- Support the building and maintaining of effective relationships with existing clients through support of Credit Product Portfolio functional area
- Execute various manufacturer programs and marketing campaigns, including adapting campaigns to increase efficiency and results
- Ensure that various segments of the market receive adequate support and coverage to encourage continued flow business
- Support internal and external clients to achieve business objectives
- Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team; lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among various teams
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional area on a wide range of information
- Partner with product management functional partners to provide recommendations to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively
- Contribute to client-related or ad-hoc projects and teams, including supporting the interpretation of policies and providing technical guidance on documentation concerns
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group administrative operations
- 6+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Prior sales or customer service experience
- Advanced problem solving techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team player
- Ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to management
- High degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationships
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities
- Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule
