This position supports Mercys efforts to deliver on the vision of personalized, predictive, and proactive care. The candidate should demonstrate expertise with data extraction, analysis with data analytics tools, and deliver outputs on a timeline. The candidate should be able to effectively document, develop, and communicate analytic findings with a variety of technical/non-technical stakeholders. Education Requirements
- 8+ year of experience and one of the following
- Business Analysts: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Clinical Analysts: RN, MD, Health Information Management, or Information Science
Experience Requirements
- Experience with financial, clinical or web-based systems computing
- Experience in supporting and distributing interactive data visualizations
- Skill building data visualizations using advance visualization tools
- Preferred experience in Epic, Cerner, or other EMR
- Preferred DAX coding experience
- Preferred SQL writing experience
- Preferred experience scripting experience with R and Python
- Preferred familiarity with cloud computing
- Preferred skill building data visualizations using advance visualization tools
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
