What You Will Do
  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more AI use-case pods (e.g., marketing creative generation, AI product experiences, agentic distribution), balancing technical constraints, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed, technically complex product requirements for LLM-based systems, agents, and evaluation pipelines; make build/buy/partner recommendations and navigate trade-offs across technical feasibility, customer value, and business impact.
  • Drive execution across engineering, data science, design, legal, and compliance, , unblocking teams, and managing cross-functional dependencies, driving alignment and decision-making, and managing stakeholder communication up to the executive level.
  • Define success metrics and evaluation criteria for AI features; partner with the CoE evaluation function to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory readiness before launch and use performance data and customer feedback to inform ongoing product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Shepherd initiatives through AI governance review, ensuring speed with the right guardrails while balancing technical, user, business, and regulatory considerations.
  • Set product standards and playbooks for the CoE; mentor pod product managers and raise the bar on AI product craft across GoodRx.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of related product management experience, including 3+ years shipping AI/ML or GenAI products in production.
  • Experience thinking through the full arc of customer experience, from user needs and journey design through user evaluations and behavioral measurement, and using those insights to shape AI product decisions.
  • Ability to lead AI platforms and cross-functional AI agents and products, spanning platform capabilities and end-user experiences.
  • Strong technical fluency: LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, model evaluation, and MLOps concepts; able to engage credibly with engineers and architects and translate technical considerations into product decisions. 
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional products in a matrixed organization, including guiding other PMs and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience defining and instrumenting metrics for AI product quality, adoption, and business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous product problems, breaking them into actionable solutions while balancing technical, customer, and business considerations. 
  • Excellent executive communication, with crisp written and verbal storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to build alignment around product direction and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.

Nice to Have
  • Healthcare, pharma, finance, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act) and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience with agentic systems, MCP, or AI evaluation tooling.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$180,000.00 - $288,000.00

New York Office:

$165,000.00 - $264,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$150,000.00 - $240,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$135,000.00 - $216,000.00
