Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders - Performance Management, vAuto Support, Instructional Design, and Business Leadership - on the development of the course/courses.
- Develop content outlines, job aids, and other visual aids to support understanding of the vAuto ecosystem for adult learners.
- Create knowledge checks designed for adult learners.
- Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Present learning content to a large group of Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and Performance Consultants within the vAuto and Cox businesses
- Build relationships and network with peers and professionals across Performance Management, Support, and Business Leadership.
