Position Overview

As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts—including gas companies, independent gas distributors, and OEMs. You’ll identify new business opportunities, solve customer challenges, and promote the GCE and Victor product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business in sectors such as energy, healthcare, industrial gases, and OEMs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with ESAB, Ohio Medical, and broader commercial teams to develop account strategies.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of new projects.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery on customer goals.
  • Represent GCE at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in gas companies, industrial gas distributors, OEMs, or related sectors.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics and CRM systems.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Languages:

  • English required; Spanish is a plus.

Travel:

  • Domestic travel up to 60%.

Pay Range:

$104,567.00-$121,981.00
