Your Role:

As the Key Account Manager – Events & Hospitality you own FF EAI Robotics revenue in the entertainment, events, venues, and hospitality ecosystem of your state region. You commercialize the FF Master Humanoid and Aegis quadruped platforms for reception, tour-guide, performance, and brand-activation scenarios – the fastest positive-ROI scenario family in the portfolio – through both sales and rental/recurring commercial models.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close opportunities with event production companies, venues, casinos, hotels, museums, attractions, and brand/experiential agencies across the assigned state region
  • Design mixed commercial structures (purchase, rental, revenue-share activation) that maximize ASP, total revenue, and per-unit contribution margin
  • Build repeatable reception/tour-guide/performance offer packages with the regional FAE, including show-flow programming and on-site operation
  • Develop referenceable flagship activations that generate PR value and inbound demand for the region
  • Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM with per-lead Jira tracking; meet the 48-hour first-touch SLA on assigned leads
  • Coordinate rental-fleet utilization, logistics, and event staffing with the regional FAE and HQ operations
  • Provide monthly forecast inputs to the UES 3-month rolling forecast process

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in events, entertainment, hospitality, or experiential marketing
  • Demonstrated network among venues, event producers, or hospitality groups in the assigned region
  • Experience structuring rental, leasing, or recurring-revenue commercial models
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, including evenings/weekends for events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience commercializing robotics, AV/staging technology, or interactive attractions
  • Relationships with casino/resort entertainment buyers or large experiential agencies
  • Comfort operating technology on-site during high-visibility live events
