Lead the Future of Dentistry.
Overjet is the global leader in dental AI. Already, thousands of dental providers and insurers rely on our platform to deliver the best possible care. Now, we’re looking for talented people to fulfill our mission: improve oral health for all.
Overjet is where builders become leaders. Everyone here loves to make new things: new products, new partnerships, new content, and a new category of AI technology. And as Overjet grows ridiculously fast, so will you.
Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us!
The Mission and the Hard Part
Dental support organizations (DSOs) make technology decisions for many practices at once, which means every DSO we win or fail to win moves our growth in a big way. That is where you come in. You'll report into our sales leadership and own the full sales cycle with smaller, fast-growing DSOs: finding the groups worth pursuing, understanding where they are losing revenue or falling short on patient care, and building the case for dental AI with their executives and clinical leaders. If this seat sits empty, the DSO pipeline depends on whatever inbound happens to show up, and the groups that would benefit most never hear from us.
The hard part is that no one hands you a warm list. You'll build your own pipeline through networking and prospecting, make the argument to C-suite and clinical stakeholders who evaluate every vendor on patient outcomes and return on investment, forecast honestly what will close and when, and hold a number every month, quarter, and year. You'll also travel when a meeting matters. If building your own pipeline and winning over a skeptical executive team sounds like the fun part of the job rather than an uphill climb, keep reading. If you need a steady stream of inbound leads to sell well, this probably isn't the right seat.
What You'll Own
You will own your own pipeline, which means identifying and prospecting DSOs worth pursuing through networking and outbound work, with no dependence on inbound.
You will own the diagnosis of each prospect, which means learning how a given DSO actually runs, where it is missing revenue or patient care opportunities, and turning that into a case for how AI helps.
You will own the executive conversation, which means presenting to C-suite and other key DSO stakeholders and running the cycle from first pitch to signed deal.
You will own an accurate forecast, which means being the source of truth on what will really close, when, and what could slip.
You will own your number, which means being accountable for aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and adjusting your approach when the pipeline math isn't working.
You will own the handoff to Customer Success, which means a smooth transition to the assigned Customer Success Manager so the relationship keeps its momentum right after the deal closes.
What Makes the Right Candidate Keep Reading
You should already know what full-cycle B2B sales feels like: self-sourcing pipeline, selling to multiple stakeholders, forecasting with discipline, and being accountable to a number. Experience selling to multi-location healthcare or dental groups will make you faster, but we care more that you've earned the trust of skeptical, senior buyers in a fast-moving company than where you did it. The traits that matter most here are high agency and intensity: you don't wait for leads or permission, and you keep pushing when the answer is no. If you need a mature, well-defined sales process and a warm pipeline to perform, this role will frustrate you. If you'd rather build the pipeline yourself and be judged on results, this is the seat.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Skills: Full-cycle B2B sales, executive-level presentation, accurate forecasting, and willingness to travel to customer meetings, company meetings, and conferences as needed
