About UseJam is a fast-growing DTC incubator powering top-performing consumer brands. We're obsessed with testing, iterating, and scaling — and we're looking for a hungry junior developer who's fluent in modern web fundamentals and AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and v0.
You'll work alongside our CRO team, designers, and marketing leads in our Santa Ana office to rapidly build and iterate on high-converting landing pages, checkout experiences, and funnel flows. This role is perfect for someone who can move fast, leverage AI to accelerate development, and isn't afraid to learn on the fly.
What You'll Work OnLanding page & funnel development
- Building conversion-focused landing pages from Figma designs
- Custom checkout pages and multi-step funnels using Checkout Champ
- A/B test variants and rapid iteration cycles in a high-velocity testing environment
- Webflow landing page builds and customizations
Tracking & analytics implementation
- Placing and verifying tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GA4)
- Ensuring all funnels are tracking properly across every step
- Setting up event tracking to capture performance data
- Validating that tests are tracking correctly so we can identify wins vs. losses
- Working with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups
Shopify storefront customization
- Theme modifications and custom sections
- Product page enhancements and checkout customizations
- Basic app integrations and functionality extensions
AI-assisted development
- Using Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar tools to accelerate builds
- Rapidly prototyping page concepts and funnel flows
- Iterating based on conversion data and feedback
Cross-functional collaboration
- Working with designers to translate Figma files into pixel-perfect pages
- Partnering with CRO team to implement testing frameworks
- Coordinating with media buyers on campaign-specific landing pages and tracking requirements
Requirements
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating:
- Clean, responsive web pages you've built
- Examples of projects you're proud of (personal or professional)
- Any conversion-focused or eCommerce work is a plus
- Comfortable with:
- Responsive design and mobile-first development
- Learning new platforms and tools quickly
- Detail-oriented mindset for tracking implementation and QA
- Hungry, self-starter mentality — eager to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be in-office 5 days/week
- Reliable communicator who takes initiative
- Love using AI tools to move faster and learn as you build
- Embrace a "ship fast, iterate faster" mentality
- Aren't intimidated by tools or platforms you haven't used before
- Have a detail-oriented approach to ensuring tracking accuracy

- Experience with Shopify Liquid and theme development
- Familiarity with Checkout Champ or similar checkout platforms
- Webflow experience or exposure to visual page builders
- Basic understanding of tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM)
- Past DTC or eCommerce brand experience
- Exposure to A/B testing tools and CRO methodology
- Experience with Figma and design handoff workflows
