Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project or Program Manager to support our Philanthropies Business Group initiatives. In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that drive operational improvements and enable technology solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to project lifecycle management, process improvement, and tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Project.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for program initiatives.
Support the definition, planning, and tracking of small to mid-size projects under senior guidance.
Help prepare and maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation.
Coordinate communication between stakeholders, engineering teams, and internal users.
Participate in process mapping and support development of solutions that meet program needs.
1. Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft 365 products.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience with technical writing.
3. Minimum 2 year's experience with project management.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position, based on Washington state market data, is $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually, the final salary and job title will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
