About The Role:

Homebound is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing initiatives, including community launches, digital campaigns, sales collateral, events, branding, and social media.

As part of a lean and fast-paced marketing team, this individual will play an important role in helping bring the Homebound brand to life across both digital and print channels.

This is a hybrid role in one of our current markets: Dallas or Houston TX, Tampa or St. Petersburg FL or Los Angeles, CA.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, presentations, email graphics, social media assets, and advertisements

  • Assist with creative support for community launches and events

  • Create and maintain branded Canva templates for internal teams

  • Support website graphic updates and digital marketing creative needs

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on campaign execution and branding initiatives

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

  • Organize and maintain creative asset libraries

  • Assist with photo selection, basic image editing, basic video creation and editing, and layout design

  • Support sales and field teams with marketing deliverables as needed

What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Internship or freelance design experience is a plus

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Experience with Canva required

  • Basic understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

  • Experience with Figma is a plus

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets & Slides

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
