We are seeking a hands-on Junior Data Analyst (1–3 years of experience) to support our Strategic Operations team. This role is focused on data execution, reporting, and accuracy across multiple systems including sales and financial data.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working with structured data to ensure accuracy and consistency across operational reports.
- Extract, clean, and prepare data from systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, QuickBooks, and CSV files
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Support sales and operational performance reporting
- Perform data validation, QA checks, and identify discrepancies across systems
- Assist with data analysis, segmentation, and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Maintain clear documentation for KPI definitions and reporting logic
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in reporting
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar role
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data handling)
- Experience working with CSV files and combining multiple data sources
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset
- Ability to work independently with structured guidance
- Preferred Qualifications
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to sales or financial data environments
