· Develop and execute creative concepts for retail events and TV campaigns that achieve brand and marketing objectives
· Work closely with the Studio and Production Design team to determine needs and schedules for execution of concepts
· Collaborate with internal and external production groups to execute creative concepts
· Coordinate Social Media teams to ensure that creative concepts are being communicated consistently across channels
· Create assets for print advertising, including magazines, POP, inserts and other outlets
· Ability to create Ai assets, including photos and video as well as edit videos as needed
· Scout and assess locations for potential catalog and TV productions
· Actively participate in all pre-production and on-location activities relating to creative productions
· Work closely with post-production teams to finalize TV and social concepts
· Assist with filming and editing content as needed
· Utilize project management tools to manage daily tasks and gain efficiencies
QualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in design. 2 plus years of experience in Graphic Design. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Junior Art Director role or similar in an agency or in-house is a plus. Mastery level skill with advanced design concepts, including composition, color, and typography. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in creating TV campaigns or branded video content from concept to execution, understanding of TV productions, photography and printing techniques, and understanding of color correction, editing, graphics/animation, music selection and sound a plus.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must have advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite and a general understanding of Ai tools.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Position Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $74,850.00 - $99,800.00Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
