Make and repair upholstery for Living Spaces furniture: fit, install, and secure materials to frames; build padding and stuffing; create or restore custom upholstered pieces using hand and power tools per sketches and design specifications.

Design, build, and modernize enterprise data platforms across SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. Support and tune databases, build ETL/ELT pipelines, implement Azure data services, enable analytics and AI-readiness, automate operations with scripting and CI/CD, monitor performance and reliability, and document platform architecture and procedures.

Track work in Trello/JIRA and follow SEO, performance, security, and accessibility best practices.

Lead HR technology and people analytics including Workday administration, reporting, integrations, governance, and automation. Drive workforce insights, operational excellence, service delivery optimization, and cross-functional change. Build and coach a People Operations team and deliver data-driven solutions to support business growth and employee experience.

Provide HR consulting and partnership to retail, manufacturing, guest services, and distribution units. Support talent attraction, performance coaching, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, training, and change management. Serve as HR point of contact, enforce policies, advise on conflict resolution, and promote culture and retention. Travel up to 25%.

Temporary 3D Project Coordinator to manage and track high volumes of physical and digital 3D assets, perform quality checks, maintain production documentation, coordinate supplier intake, operate 3D scanning equipment, and communicate project status with Merchandising, eCommerce, and Studio teams.
