Prepare and hand-cut upholstery fabrics and leather for furniture production. Spread and inspect fabric, mark and cut pieces to patterns or by eye using industrial and hand tools, identify defects to maximize yield, maintain safe, orderly work area, meet production timelines, and coordinate with managers to resolve issues.

Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules and HR integrations; administer security and business processes; build reports and dashboards; troubleshoot issues; manage releases; lead HRIS projects, testing, documentation, training, and change management to support HR and payroll stakeholders.

Design, build, and modernize enterprise data platforms across SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric. Support and tune databases, build ETL/ELT pipelines, implement Azure data services, enable analytics and AI-readiness, automate operations with scripting and CI/CD, monitor performance and reliability, and document platform architecture and procedures.

Handle escalated guest issues, develop business plans from scorecards, manage store open/close duties, and build a high-performance culture focused on guest satisfaction and team development.

Lead and develop retail store teams and supervisors to meet sales targets and deliver excellent guest experiences. Own sales floor operations, staffing, training, coaching, performance management, escalation resolution, scheduling, and store opening/closing while driving SOP execution and developing leadership bench strength.

Support the UX product roadmap for ecommerce by running A/B tests, analyzing web analytics and user sessions, defining hypotheses, writing technical requirements, collaborating with UX/engineering/marketing, managing stakeholders and vendors, and driving improvements across web, mobile, email, and SMS to optimize conversion and customer experience.

Perform furniture finishing and repair: disassemble items, sand and prep surfaces, apply stains, varnishes, lacquers and sealants, and use hand and power tools and solvents. Work requires frequent lifting (up to 100 lbs), occasional ladder use, and standing and physical activity in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
