Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing our 3PL partner and performance  including management function of inbound freight, distribution, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and outbound freight to customers. They are responsible for ensuring full  transparency between our inventory, finished goods supply chain and fulfillment warehouses.  Being the main point of contact between our fulfillment centers and our internal team is critical, they must be able to understand, enforce and articulate all SLAs to ensure our product is being handled properly and efficiently. Along with having an analytical and problem solving mindset, creating strong working partnerships at every touch point from factory to point of sale, will contribute towards the success of our expanding brand

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful on-boarding of new clients by coordinating with sales, solution, and operation teams and provide training on whole cycle warehouse processes and OMS system;
  • Conduct monthly P&L analysis on different accounts/clients to evaluate the profit and margin of different business models;
  • Lead and work on warehouse optimization projects-based WMS/OMS/Billing system and warehouse operation process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including but not limited to KPI accomplishment, issues resolution, requirements response, and customer relationship maintenance;
  • Build up the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by cooperating with various team under JD.COM Group, including teams from Europe, Thailand, Indonesia etc.
  • Coordinate with different third-party service providers and monitor the SLA and performance of supplier;
  • Assist Account Receivable and Account Payable in billing process by streamlining and recommending ongoing improvements to current billing process;

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Three years of supervisory experience in operations, logistics, distribution and/or warehouse environment
  • Demonstrate ability to forecast and respond  to demand
  • Experience in e-commerce setting highly desired 
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, analytics or supply chain
  • Exceptional account management skills, ability to partner/collaborate with third party vendors
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Bilingual in Chinese is required
