- Atleast 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE Projects.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3 and Angular JS/Node JS technology.
- Analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
- Requirement gathering, analysis and design.
- Good communication skills, to coordinate with the onsite.
- Atleast 2 years experience in managing small teams in providing guidance in technical assistance, work allocation and take delivery bottom line.
- Quality awareness and implementing best practices in the team.
- Ensure that the team is fully functional & productive.
- Enable close co-operation across all roles & functions.
- Should possess good client interfacing skills and analytical skills.
- Experience to Telecom domain.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of work experience in Information Technology.
