  • Leading the custodial team, while primarily responsible for the quality and execution of each job.
  • Evaluate team members’ work and participate with management regarding performance feedback and recommendations for advancement.
  • Provide training to new and experienced team members as needed.
  • Responsible for daily reporting from customer complaints to transportation issues.
  • The candidate must be flexible regarding work shifts and days off.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable in and contribute to a team effort. Flexibility in duties can and will change daily, depending on the needs. 
  • This position will perform cleaning services work whenever if needed.
  • The ideal candidate will be focused on internal guests, listen to associate issues, suggest positive action, and will be self-motivated, able to multitask, prioritize, and make solid decisions. 
  • Responsible for performing all department administrative duties to include material ordering, supplies, timecard processing.
  • Mix and use detergents and other cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Report repair needs, safety issues or other conditions.
  • Requiring maintenance to the appropriate individuals.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including floor buffer and vacuum.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five years of relevant work experience in the field of Facilities Management.
  • Computer literacy including working knowledge of MS Office suite programs.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to maintain effective relations with the customers, manager and fellow employees.
  • Have adequate trade knowledge to estimate labor hours and materials and to visualize the job to be performed.
  • Have good planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand what constitutes good instructions.
  • Able to read blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Ability to follow and apply safe practices for job assignments and equipment used.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 76,200.80 - $89,648.00
