Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused Computer Support / IT Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting conference room technologies, managing IT tickets, and maintaining IT documentation and inventory.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Support Zoom conference rooms, video conferencing systems, and onsite events.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related equipment.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, virus scans, and hardware replacements.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Set up and relocate workstations as needed.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support processes.
- Provide basic end-user training and assist with IT projects as required.
- Hands-on experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting Zoom or video conferencing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- 3+ years of IT support experience.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Experience supporting Mac systems.
- Experience troubleshooting conference room technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
