About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Tunis is looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Specialist to support the daily operations of all technology systems across the property.
This role is focused on hands-on technical support and system reliability, ensuring that all hotel systems operate efficiently to deliver a seamless guest and employee experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
A strong understanding of hospitality operations is essential to succeed in this role.
What You will Do
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems, including data, voice, and hotel applications.
2. Ensure the continuous availability of critical hotel systems, such as:
Property Management System (PMS)
3. Front Office systems
4. Call Accounting
5. HSIA (High-Speed Internet Access)
6. PABX / telephony
7. Food & Beverage POS
8. Provide timely technical support to all departments to minimize down time and ensure smooth operations.
9. Assist in system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance activities.
10. Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required.
11. Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and user guides.
12. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and corporate policies.
13. Work closely with all hotel departments and corporate IT teams to support operational needs.
14.Participate in support coverage as required for 24/7 hotel operations.
What you Bring

Qualifications & Experience
1. Hospitality background is required (hotel or resort experience preferred).
2. Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
3. Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, networking, telephony) is a strong advantage.
4. Solid technical skills in:
5. Microsoft Windows and macOS
6. Network infrastructure and troubleshooting (Cisco and Ruckus environments preferred)
7. Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Ruckus, or similar) are an advantage.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
