We're hiring our first dedicated IT team member. You'll own the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep our team productive and secure as we scale - building IT processes from the ground up while handling day-to-day operations.


What You'll Do
  • Device management: Procurement, configuration, deployment, and offboarding of company laptops; MDM administration

  • Identity & access: Own onboarding/offboarding workflows, SSO administration, and onboard an IDP

  • SaaS administration: Manage and troubleshoot business tools; handle vendor relationships, renewals, and billing issues

  • Office infrastructure: WiFi, visitor check-in, A/V, security cameras

  • IT support: First point of contact for employee IT issues; document processes and maintain asset inventory

  • General operations: Support broader office and operational needs as they arise—this role will flex beyond pure IT as the company scales

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in IT operations or systems administration

  • Experience with MDM platforms, identity providers, and SaaS administration

  • Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with ambiguity

  • Can work independently and build processes without established playbooks

  • Clear communicator with non-technical teammates

Nice to Have
  • Compliance experience (SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar frameworks)

  • Startup or high-growth company experience
