How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide technical support for hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, POS, telephony, and mobile devices
- Investigate and resolve system issues using product knowledge and established methods, maintaining support ticket information within SLA
- Resolve hardware and software problems using remote assistance, managing tickets as needed within SLA
- Support technology and facility moves, maintaining hardware inventory and software compliance
- Collaborate with peers on daily tasks, seeking assistance when needed
- Complete project tasks of low to medium complexity with successful, timely outcomes
- Partner with End User Computing to refine desktop configurations and implement solutions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues, expanding business knowledge and technical skills

- Operation of a company pool vehicle
- Travel required to surrounding and remote area locations as needed
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience
- Telecommunications or cable industry experience a plus
- Skills
- Other related technical certifications (Microsoft 365, Google IT Support Professional, ITIL, CCNA)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
