Primary Responsibilities:
- Person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects (clinical and non-clinical) running for the client's initiatives
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
- Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare
- Proven people management experience
- Good experience of any of the project management tool e.g. MS Project, ServiceNow
- Basic understanding of the IT infrastructure/SDLC
- Proven solid team-oriented skills and ability to lead cross functional teams
- Proven solid communication skills. Must have prior experience working with onshore clients
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively
- Proven solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Agile experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA or other compliance standards
