IT Project Manager – Financial Services Consulting

The Role
As an IT Project Manager within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you’ll lead the delivery of technology-enabled change across financial services clients. Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects within financial services environments
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive delivery outcomes
• Establish clear governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
• Support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles
• Experience within consulting or advisory environments
• Exposure to public sector, financial services, or large-scale transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives
• Knowledge of data, digital, or enterprise platforms
