IT Project Manager – Financial Services Consulting

The Role
As an IT Project Manager within Capco’s Business Consulting practice, you’ll lead the delivery of technology-enabled change across financial services clients. Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and senior leaders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects within financial services environments
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive delivery outcomes
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
- Support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across programmes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with technology teams and understanding system delivery lifecycles
- Experience within consulting or advisory environments
- Exposure to public sector, financial services, or large-scale transformation programmes
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience facilitating workshops and change initiatives
- Knowledge of data, digital, or enterprise platforms
