Data Privacy Consultant
Location: Riyadh (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Data & Analytics | Type: Permanent

The Role
As a Data Privacy Consultant at Capco, you’ll work with leading organisations to design, implement, and embed effective data privacy and protection frameworks. You’ll support clients across complex regulatory environments, helping them manage risk, strengthen governance, and enable responsible data use.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on data privacy regulations, policies, and controls across data lifecycle activities

• Assess data processing activities and support privacy risk assessments and impact assessments

• Design and implement data privacy frameworks, operating models, and governance structures

• Partner with technology, legal, and business teams to embed privacy-by-design principles

• Support regulatory readiness, audits, and ongoing compliance initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in data privacy, data protection, or information governance roles

• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and data protection principles

• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-ready solutions

• Experience working with stakeholders across legal, technology, and business functions

• Clear communication skills, with full Arabic fluency

Bonus Points For

• Experience delivering privacy initiatives within consulting or advisory environments

• Exposure to privacy tooling, data discovery, or consent management platforms

• Knowledge of privacy considerations in analytics, cloud, or digital transformation programmes

• Relevant certifications (e.g. privacy, risk, or data governance related)
