The IT Product Owner is responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management employees, setting strategy, and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management, etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product roadmaps, product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of Stress Testing process and model output datasets ( Stress Driver, Stress Impact, Stress Exposure, Attribution Analysis, Sensitivity) must across various Risk Categories (Credit, Market etc.)

  • Extensive knowledge in Stress Testing Analytics and Reporting at various dimension using Stress Loss numbers.

  • Knowledge in creating comparative analysis of Stress loss numbers across Risk Categories, Scenarios etc.

  • In-depth understanding of stress loss data usage to support various use cases like CBSL, Risk Quantification etc.

  • Exceptional knowledge in drafting business requirements, functional requirements followed by drafting epic, user stories, story refinement & prioritization using industry leading tool like JIRA

  • Experience in preparing and delivering senior, executive-level presentations with excellent Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) skills

  • In-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions

  • Should be able to build various business process flow, workflow diagram using industry leading tool like Visio

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for appropriately engage with senior managements & business partners

  • Should be capable in defining and delivering optimized & exceptional user experience

  • Should be able to drive execution of the transformation book of work efforts in partnership with team members and other transformation teams across the bank for timely and effective outcomes that meet the firm’s expectations

  • Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.

  • Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.

  • Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

  • Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field

  • Strong experience of global business and technology stakeholders management

  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across technology and business areas to drive the technology strategy.

  • Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, specifically Risk Stress Testing is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
