About the team

FIS Securities Lending Processing Platform and FIS Agency Lending Disclosure Processor have a market leading position in delivering technology and services to the Securities Finance & Collateral industry.

The components of FIS’ solution suite are designed to support the entire and value chain and processes of the Securities Finance and Collateral market. The global business has 200+ clients, both sell side and buy side institutions including Banks, Agent Lenders, Broker/Dealers and Asset Managers.

What you will be doing

As a Product owner/Business Analyst/SME you will work closely with product management, customers and market providers to understand and analyze requirements of the Securities Finance & Collateral market.

The FIS’ Loanet Product Owner which includes core Loanet (Full Service and Select Services), and Agency Lending Disclosure (ALDOP) will work to best position FIS Securities Finance for growth. 

  • Identify market trends for Securities Finance, risks, and growth areas which benefit the Loanet solution suite.    
  • Analyze market requirements and derive business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain a product roadmap and prioritize development initiatives.  
  • Drive the product developments in collaboration with the development. 
  • Develop business cases for key development initiatives with strong ROI. 
  • Support client’s daily requests and by working with internal teams. (Client Services and Professional Services) 
  • Provide trainings on value proposition, positioning, differentiators, and pricing of solution components for sales force (pre-sales, sales)   
  • Acts as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution. 
  • Provides presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings. 

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Capital Markets domain.  
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
  • Experience with Securities Finance, Securities Lending, Borrowing, and Collateral Management. (Loanet Core products)  
  • Experience with product management principles, software development lifecycle, release management and change management. 
  • Experience with regulatory requirements of Securities Finance and Collateral industry.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,600.00 - $232,850.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
