About the role:

Liquid I.V. is seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between our Finance and Operations business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you'll investigate system requirements, document processes, and ensure our technology solutions align with business needs. You'll work cross-functionally to gather requirements, map data flows, and support the implementation of systems that power our growing organization.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Requirements Analysis & Documentation 

  • Investigate and analyze system requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments including operations, finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements 
  • Support the Finance and Operations teams systematizing the procure-to-pay, financial forecasting, management reporting, demand management, and other operational processes 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria 
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at various levels 
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps using standard methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts, swim lane diagrams)

  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization 
  • Document as-is and to-be business processes with detailed process flows 

Data Analysis & Modeling 

  • Perform data mapping exercises to understand data flow between systems and applications
  • Create logical data models to support system integrations and data requirements
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems 

Project Support 

  • Support IT projects from initiation through implementation and user acceptance testing
  • Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and validation activities
  • Assist with change management activities and user education
  • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of analysis tasks 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations teams in an IT or technology-focused environment 
  • Proven experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and workshops 
  • Hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations 
  • Strong proficiency in creating process maps and workflow diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar 
  • Solid understanding of data mapping concepts and logical data modeling techniques 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail 
  • Experience in the consumer package industry is a plus

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The compensation band for this position is $75,700 - $113,500 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
