Job Description

  • Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal IT/development teams.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from clients.

  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

  • Track and monitor project progress, including completed tasks, pending items, delays, and change requests.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting summaries.

  • Facilitate communication and follow-ups between clients and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation, issue tracking, and validation.

  • Provide regular project updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.

  • Assist in managing ongoing system maintenance requests and enhancement tracking.

 

Salary: $62,000 - $75,000/yr. (DOE) 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT project environment.

  • Hands-on experience supporting IT development or system maintenance projects.

  • Strong documentation, analytical, and project coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

  • Bilingual in English and Korean
