As an ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.

You will report directly to our [title] and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location on a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote] work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing processes and making strategic decisions, you enhance efficiency, cut costs, and align strategies with business goals. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and develop build rates for manufacturing lines 
  • Oversee and integrate procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain.
  • Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and make data-driven recommendations for planning.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold established quality standards.

 
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $124200-$155250 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
