FabFitFun is looking for a Operations & Supply Chain Intern to help support our Operations team for the Spring 2019 quarter for 2-3 days a week. You will learn how a growing Fulfillment Center functions in order to support 1 million subscribers. FabFitFun, one of the fastest growing companies in L.A. is looking for an Undergraduate or MBA student who is interested in developing long-term processes and pipelines.

 What You’ll Do:

Data Integrity Initiative

• Lead the HTS code collection, organization and verification
• Lead the warehouse labor data review and clean-up
• Assist the data clean-up for Warehouse Management System transition project (Finale Inventory Systems)

Reporting Tool / Automation

• Design, build and automate FabFitFun’s PO Reporting
• Design, build and automate Logistics Reporting
• Post-Customer Shipment Reconciliation

Operations Process Enhancement

• Build the order management process for the launch of new international market
• Build the inventory allocation process across-team

What You’ll Have:

• Pursing a Bachelor’s or MBA degree in a related field (Merchandising, Business, etc.)
• Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office properties
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• 1-3 years previous intern experience in a fast-paced environment (Supply Chain experience is a plus)
