FabFitFun is looking for a Summer 2019 Social Media Intern to join our fast-paced, exciting company in West Hollywood! We are looking for a rising Senior who can commit 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, to work closely with our Editorial Marketing Team. In this position, you will help capture photos and edit graphics for content across multiple social media channels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to capture our brand’s aesthetic and voice through imagery, and is passionate about everything under the women's lifestyle umbrella. 

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with our Social Media Team to hone your storytelling skills through visuals
• Design graphics for Instagram Stories, Snapchat, and other social media channels
• Attend events and capture photo imagery to be used on our social channels
• Edit photos to match our aesthetic 
• Assist in planning monthly content for all social media channels that relates to holidays, national days, and other pop culture events
• Conduct IG Story Research: create weekly/ monthly lists of interesting stories from other companies (aesthetic, styling, content, theme, etc)
• Send weekly reports tracking the analytics of Instagram Stories and Snapchat performance

What you'll bring:

• Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Digital/Social Media or related field
• High proficiency in the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop
• Excellent photography skills and passion about content development
• Expertise in using social media platforms for branding purposes: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube
• Incredible attention to detail, yet highly imaginative and creative
• A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, and are a self starter
• Must have a car- some travel required for photo or video shoots
