FabFitFun is looking for an artistic and attentive Production Intern to join our Photo Team this Summer 2019! We are seeking a rising Senior who can commit 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, to join our high-growth company. In this position you will be working closely with our photographers to plan and execute successful shoots, producing amazing images that will be used for social media, digital and print ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, coupled with a strong attention to detail to execute on the behind the scenes logistics that make it all possible!

What You'll Do: 

• Coordinate the schedule for shoot days in studio and on location
• Help maintain the photo studio by organizing camera equipment, props, etc.
• Source and pickup props and wardrobe needed for shoots
• Assist with model castings by helping to take notes during the interview process and organizing follow up communication
• Consistently maintain talent database system
• Manage and update location tracking spreadsheets

What You’ll Need:

• Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Digital/Social Media or related field
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Attention to detail and direction coupled with a flexible attitude
• Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
• Passion for all things under the women’s lifestyle umbrella, following the latest trends within the industry
• Must have a car- some travel required for photo shoots
