FabFitFun is looking for a Product Development Intern to join our growing team for the Fall/Winter Semester! This person will be helping to manage our three House Brands Summer & Rose, ISH and Chic & Tonic. We are looking for a current student who has availability 2-3 days per week that has a true passion for the beauty industry!

What you’ll do:

  • Gain an understanding of the Beauty Product Development process, collaborating with key vendors, and helping to execute projects
  • Coordinate and organize all beauty product development samples (i.e. formula, packaging, competitive, master, and retain samples)
  • Research trends and industry news, and create a report to present to the team
  • Help the Beauty Product Development team with day-to-day tasks as needed
  • Maintain all project information files in appropriate digital folders
  • Assist with artwork requests and timelines
  • Gather and coordinate all photoshoot samples for the creative team
  • Brainstorm product and shade names
  • Support the Beauty Product Development team with Spring/Summer 2019 projects:
    • Help with developing formulas and shades
    • Conduct in-house product testing and surveying
    • Brainstorm shade benchmarks

What you'll bring:

  • Current college student
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and/or Google apps
  • Must have a can-do attitude, highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to juggle priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicate skills 
  • Strong work ethic and follow-up skills
  • Strong interest for beauty and cosmetics
