The Marketing Team:
The Ruggable Marketing Team is collaborative and dynamic with clear growth targets. Working closely with the Design, Production, and Product teams, the team aims to elevate our brand status and broaden our customer appeal. We learn fast to adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Partnerships, we’re looking for someone passionate about giving back and helping those in need. Ruggable’s existing Philanthropic program- People, Pets & Planet- is growing and we need someone who can vet new partners, communicate clearly and manage numerous types of relationships in a fast and professional manner.
What You'll Do:
- Manage several inboxes that receive inbound donation requests daily
- Vet these opportunities keeping budget and long-term potential opportunities top of mind
- Submit orders and create gift cards, provide tracking information, and follow up with partners to ensure satisfaction
- Work with Graphic Design, Social, and Brand Marketing teams to provide partners with Marketing materials for their events/donations- imagery, copy, and physical materials
- Create and update guidelines on vetting protocols, donation program, and tracking materials
- Track and organize donations diligently in spreadsheets
- All other duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Have:
- Able to identify communication and growth opportunities
- Collaborative, hardworking and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building and management skills
- Must be passionate about Philanthropy and want to develop experience building a brand program
- Experience with Google Drive- Docs, Sheets, etc.
Job Type:
- 3 month Internship with opportunity for extension
- The position is currently remote until our offices reopen in alignment with local guidelines as they evolve, it will be based in our corporate Gardena, CA office
