Merchandising Project Management Intern
FabFitFun is looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Project Management Intern to join our team! This will be a paid internship at our FabFitFun HQ in West Hollywood, CA. Reporting to the Merchandising Project Manager, this will be an amazing opportunity to flex your organizational capabilities. This person will get to know the ins and outs of the merch side of our business, and have the opportunity to work cross-functional throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Project Manager to identify and manage inventory for Merchandising team
- Organize and distribute merch products and samples to the Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and Creative teams
- Track samples to ensure products are available and on time for creative shoots
- Prepare and confirm product/retail data for seasonal e-Commerce sales
- Maintain calendars and team organizational tools, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
- Assist with the creation of seasonal decks and help gather necessary supporting data from the Account Management team
- Schedule and assist with print production (editorial, business cards, inserts) outreach and purchase orders
- Establish and grow a strong level of communication and partnership with cross-functional teams
- Perform administrative tasks, as needed across the Merchandising team
What You’ll Bring:
- Currently enrolled college Senior in the Greater Los Angeles area
- Availability to work onsite at least 3 days a week (20-25 hours per week)
- Confident, resourceful, decisive, and willing to take initiative
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, environment
- A stellar problem solver and enjoy providing a high level of service
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation capabilities
