About Us:

Our company’s name touches on our mission to disrupt the status quo and revolutionize fashion. We want to change the way people think about fashion by demonstrating that fashion can be green without sacrificing any element of design. We believe in transparency and share every bit of our process with our customers and educate them about the environmental impact of traditional fashion and our own incredible green solutions. We believe if we can get one person to change their fashion habits, we’ll get the whole world addicted.

We are a fast-growing company that is redefining fashion. We make killer clothes that don’t kill the environment and want our garments’ impact on the planet to be as low as possible. After all, there’s nothing less sexy than leaving a big nasty mess.

We take great pride in our team. Our internship program is comprised of the best talent at top institutions. The internship program is intended to be educational, purposeful, and inspirational. All Ref interns are mentored by a senior or executive-level manager in order to ensure they get the royal treatment.

At the culmination of the summer, the interns are tasked to share their summer-long project in a presentation to the executive team.
