About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a CRM Intern to assist the team in building and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns that will drive growth and retention. The CRM team’s mission is to build personalized, helpful and effective messaging programs across email, push, in-app, and SMS that introduce GoodRx products, services and solutions at the right stages of each patient’s healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, organized individual with strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and an appetite to learn.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the production of all email initiatives from conception to deployment
- Project manage email production with internal stakeholders including creative, front end developers and engineering
- Assist in managing day-to-day email production including campaign creation, QA and deployment
- Assist the CRM team with customer journey flow planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Assist in copywriting and editing of email content
Skills & Qualifications:
- Resourceful, fast learner with the ability to apply larger understanding of the business to stay focused on tasks at hand
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Organized with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to move and pivot quickly as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
- Experience with HTML & CSS is a plus
