THE JOB:
Join an exciting automotive startup that is changing the car repair industry. As our first HR Intern you’ll be able to explore many areas of human resources including but not limited to employee relations, compliance, HRIS systems, welcoming new hires, assisting with company events, benefits and helping build company culture. Come join our fast growing team!
WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO:
- Develop a current knowledge of CA HR Laws and Regulations
- Keep abreast of new developments in the HR field
- Compiles and send out weekly new hire emails
- Compile and send out semi-monthly RepairSmith newsletter
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of projects
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Proofread HR documents including audits and handbooks
- Assist with collecting, scanning and uploading documents to HRIS systems
- Attend and assist at company events
- Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures
- Bring ideas to strengthen company culture
- Any ad hoc tasks as needed
