The Role

【Customer Success Internship Opportunities】

Customer Success team plays an important role to convey what we value about our customers and products by addressing customer’s problems with care and timely response. The members from this team are also exceptional with diversified backgrounds and vitality. 

 

-Job Responsibilities for Customer Success Internship

1. Participate in MoeGo operations, serve global MoeGo users and build a complete customer service process.

2. Responsible for timely and effective reply to user requests and questions (including online chat, email, phone call etc.). Collaborate with R&D, product and QA team to solve user requests, product issues and product glitches in a timely manner to ensure user satisfaction.

3. Regularly collect user data and feedback. Produce user reports to provide effective product improvement recommendations.

4. Collaborate with the global CS team to ensure a smooth rotation and no tickets will be missed.

5. Assist in maintaining product manuals to help users understand and use the product in depth.

6.Continuously update and maintain the FAQ of customer service.

 

-Job requirements.

1. Proficient in English reading and writing (reference score: IELTS 6.5/TOFEL 79-93)

2. Bachelor's degree or above, Master's degree preferred

3. Down-to-earth and steady personality. Attention to detail and patient.

4. good communication skills and teamwork spirit, can quickly integrate into the team and adapt to changes.
