FabFitFun is seeking a Spring 2019 BI & Analytics Intern to join our growing team in the West Hollywood HQ for 2-3 days per week. In this role, you will learn the data life cycle and how to apply insights to help solve real business problems by performing the necessary data mining/cleaning, presenting of relevant analytics, and implementing of appropriate models. This is a unique learning opportunity to assist and collaborate on major projects in areas such as customer analytics, marketing attribution, operation analytics, and price analytics.

 What you’ll do:

• Provide storytelling through data
• Use rich datasets to help develop long-term processes and pipelines
• Assist in carrying out analyses for various business teams
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complex ideas
• Assist in research on different business hypotheses using different modeling techniques
• Perform deep and continuous exploration of high-volume data
• Develop, tune, and deliver various models and algorithms

 What you'll bring:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business Analytics, Math/Statistics or related field
• Excellent research skills
• Strong knowledge in data lifecycle ( data prep, hypothesis testing, visualization etc..)
• Good to have knowledge on Machine Learning algorithms (Regression ,KNN, Decision Trees, Random Forests, etc.)
• Experience with SQL & Python
• Some experience using visualization tools like Tableau
