The Off Premise Sales Training team is responsible for developing content and facilitating training to develop and enable our Sales & Distribution organization to win in their markets. At Red Bull, Off Premise refers to retail locations where Red Bull is purchased for consumption outside the store, like grocery stores, convenience stores, and mass retailers such as Costco. As the Off Premise Sales Training Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop skills to form a deep understanding of iterative design, feedback cycles, project management fundamentals, and gamification in learning. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Training, the Sales Training Intern will support Sales Training content evaluation, management, and updates. Additionally, the intern will learn to gather and implement feedback and flex their creativity with graphic design.

Job Description

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Learn project management fundamentals and assist with project reporting (e.g., status summaries, risks or blockers, next steps).

Review and update important Sales Training materials like Red Bull Flight Books.

Help coordinate review cycles for materials like Red Bull Flight Books, including collecting and organizing  stakeholder feedback.

Maintain documentation and version control for training resources to ensure teams are using the most current content.

 

LEARNING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Assess the efficacy of new learning technologies and support a test pilot of a new learning AI technology platform to evaluate/test learners on subject matter.

Lead efforts to develop scenarios for AI simulations and develop processes to measure participant utilization

Support the design and iteration of gamified learning experiences to increase engagement and retention.

Contribute to dashboards or summaries that show how effective learning technologies and modules are for the sales organization.

 

SALES TRAINING RESOURCE CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Manage content review sessions with Sales Training Leaders

Learn about design and execution of feedback cycles for sales training (e.g., create simple surveys and scorecards, collect and organize feedback from reps and managers)

Support consolidation of feedback by tracking content changes, updating training materials, analyzing before/after impact data, and summarizing key themes and recommendations

Qualifications

Actively enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student

Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship

Demonstrated initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback

Additional Information

The compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
