As the Consumer Collecting intern, you’ll join the heart of the Red Bull Marketing team and help bring the brand to life at the local level. Reporting to the National Consumer Collecting Manager, you’ll be part of the Student & Field Marketing team, and support important business and event planning projects. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to help build local relevance, create market impact, and deepen our connection with consumers. Your work will also help shape the future of the USA Student Marketeer program.

Job Description

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Help the Student & Field Marketing team with the business planning process by supporting internal communications, collecting feedback, and helping with planning sessions and check‑ins.

Support the Consumer Collecting (CC) team in creating national marketing programs, project materials, training plans, and sampling/trial plans.

Assist in creating and delivering tools and resources needed to roll out CC initiatives.

Support the Consumer Collecting Manager with annual planning tasks, including forecasting and managing inventory (fleet, clothing, and related materials).

 

EVENT PLANNING

Work with the event project team to plan and run an in‑person training event ahead of the Fall college semester.

Research logistics, organize selected event details, and collaborate cross functionally to find solutions

Brainstorm new event formats, ideas, and experiences with project team to improve execution

 

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Work with the CC team to build, update, and manage community engagement for regional field teams, including Field Marketing Specialists and Student Marketeers

Help manage content and community engagement for Student Marketeers on internal platforms, and suggest new tools or processes to strengthen team connection and development

Qualifications

Actively enrolled in a college/university program (undergraduate or graduate)

Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship

Shows initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular activities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Has a growth mindset – learns quickly, adapts easily, and takes feedback well

Bonus: Previous experience as a Red Bull Student Marketeer

Additional Information

The compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
