Work Location

This position is based onsite at our current Bell, CA office and will transition to our new Beverly Hills, CA headquarters in Q2 2026. Candidates must be able to commute to both locations.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern. This role is critical in supporting Marketing and E-commerce and ensuring alignment with brand goals and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Retail Apparel & Fashion industry, encompasses exceptional organizational skills and a passion for Marketing strategies and execution. You'll gain career experience in cross-functional collaborations and own projects to present to our Marketing leadership and founders. 

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, AI, Design, Production, and Sales teams to ensure successful marketing and product launches.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Presentations & Communication
  • Prepare presentations and reports for marketing strategy sessions.

  • Communicate key updates, timelines and deliverables to cross-functional teams.

QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and the apparel market.

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software; Centric PLM experience preferred but not required.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and Anthropic Claude

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with major retail accounts or department stores.

COMPENSATION

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
