Lead the creative direction, design, and development of seasonal menswear collections for Banana Republic. Create trend-focused concepts, color stories, line plans, sketches, and technical design packages while collaborating with merchandising, technical design, product development, and sourcing. Present seasonal assortments, participate in fittings, maintain aesthetic and construction quality, and monitor fashion, cultural, and retail trends.

Supports sportswear and activewear design from concept through final product. Creates design presentations, technical drawings, product specifications, and maintains style information in Centric PLM. Collaborates with senior design, sales, merchandising, and vendors; researches industry trends; participates in fit sessions; and ensures products meet design, manufacturing, and quality standards.

Lead and develop multiple apparel design teams across men's, women's, and sportswear categories. Establish creative vision, maintain brand consistency, approve concepts, and drive trend-informed innovation. Partner with merchandising, product development, production, sourcing, and marketing to deliver commercially viable assortments within margin, cost, and timeline targets. Oversee seasonal calendars, represent design in leadership discussions, and balance creative excellence with operational rigor and production feasibility.
