Lead creative direction and execution of men's sportswear seasonal collections (wovens, knits, soft structure). Create concepts, flats, color stories, and technical packages; collaborate with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing; present assortments and oversee fittings to ensure aesthetic and construction quality.

Finalize and output images for e-commerce, advertising, and marketing; perform high-volume retouching (color correction, masking, compositing, cleanup, frequency separation), ensure color consistency, manage image archives, track project progress, and collaborate with creative stakeholders.

Lead photo studio and marketing operations, oversee a small team, manage intake/prioritization/scheduling, enforce end-to-end workflows (photo, asset management, creative requests), support enterprise PM/DAM/GenAI systems integration, act as systems super-user, create governance and training, and drive adoption and continuous process improvement across cross-functional stakeholders.
