Support end-to-end apparel design for assigned category: research trends, develop concepts, create technical drawings and specs in Centric PLM, collaborate with sales/merchandising/vendors, participate in fit sessions, and prepare design presentations. Maintain PLM data and ensure manufactured products meet specifications.

Lead end-to-end women's design for the Club Division, owning projects from concept through production. Produce and maintain tech packs, CAD sketches, BOMs and PLM records; direct fittings, review PP samples, and provide construction guidance. Mentor junior designers, present concepts to stakeholders/licensors, prepare market/trend analysis and sales-ready presentations, and manage sample/showroom prep and product shipments.

Support menswear design for a licensed brand from concept to production: maintain PLM data, create presentations and tech specs, conduct trend research and technical sketches, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and participate in fit sessions to ensure product quality.

Support apparel product development for knits and wovens, collaborating with merchandising, design, technical design, and vendors to manage sourcing, construction, margin, and production across private label and licensed brands.

Design and develop men's apparel from concept through production: create CAD sketches, prints, tech packs, lead fittings, manage PLM, collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production, and mentor junior designers to deliver market-right seasonal assortments.

Lead creative direction and execution of men's sportswear seasonal collections (wovens, knits, soft structure). Create concepts, flats, color stories, and technical packages; collaborate with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing; present assortments and oversee fittings to ensure aesthetic and construction quality.
