We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented International Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our International Account Manager and help coordinate wholesale operations across European and other international markets. This position will serve as a liaison between our European sales team, overseas factories, and internal departments while assisting with order tracking, account communication, sales reporting, and day-to-day administrative support.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in the wholesale industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and professional fluency in French or Spanish. Experience in fashion or apparel and familiarity with international wholesale accounts are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the International Account Manager with daily wholesale account management and sales operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the European sales team, international wholesale accounts, overseas factories, and internal departments.
  • Track and follow up on international orders, production timelines, shipping updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze account performance, and maintain accurate data for the international wholesale business.
  • Assist with order entry, purchase orders, invoices, inventory availability, and account documentation.
  • Communicate with European buyers and distributors regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and seasonal collections.
  • Coordinate samples, line sheets, product information, and sales materials for international accounts.
  • Support international market appointments, showroom presentations, trade shows, and seasonal sales initiatives.
  • Partner with logistics, production, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain organized account records and ensure timely communication across international time zones.

Qualifications

  • MUST speak European language, either French or Spanish works
  • Must be willing to travel if needed
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in wholesale sales, account coordination, or wholesale operations; fashion or apparel industry experience preferred.
  • Fluency or professional working proficiency in French or Spanish required; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Experience supporting international wholesale accounts, distributors, or sales teams preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with wholesale order processing, purchase orders, inventory, shipping, and production timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting; experience with Aims360 ERP or wholesale management systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
