Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented International Marketing Specialist to execute international marketing initiatives in support of global campaign objectives. Reporting to the Director of International Marketing, this role will play a critical part in driving brand consistency, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing cross-market collaboration. This role serves as a key connector across global and regional teams, ensuring visibility, alignment, and operational efficiency across international marketing initiatives to support scalable global growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with a strategic and adaptable mindset to support global growth across retail, wholesale, and ecommerce channels.

This position will report to the Director, International Marketing.

What you will do:

Global Marketing Execution

  • Support execution of international go-to-market plans, seasonal campaigns, and product launches in alignment with global brand objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and International teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Gather, organize, and distribute creative assets, briefs, and campaign calendars to internal teams and international partners.

  • Submit and track international creative briefs to ensure timely delivery and alignment.

  • Maintain visibility into campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across markets.

Partner Management & Communication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for international partners, facilitating clear communication and alignment between regional and global stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain international marketing decks—including newsletters, playbooks, templates, and toolkits—to drive consistency and scalability across global markets.

Localization & Market Adaptation

  • Support localization of marketing content and creative to ensure strong brand consistency across regions.

  • Partner closely with regional stakeholders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and refine messaging for cultural relevance and performance.

Events & Activations Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and execution of international events and activations, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand positioning.

  • Facilitate the distribution of key information, creative assets, and guidelines to partners to support consistent and effective event execution.

  • Maintain centralized documentation, timelines, and recaps for international events and activations, ensuring learnings are captured and shared across the broader marketing organization.

Social Media, Influencer & Ambassador Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support international influencer and ambassador initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to consolidate influencer and ambassador lists and content, ensuring visibility and accessibility across Social, Creative, PR, and broader marketing teams.

  • Support the tracking and organization of influencer and campaign assets, helping maintain centralized documentation and ensuring insights contribute to overall marketing performance.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track partner and campaign performance and regional marketing activities.

  • Assist in analyzing data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Contribute to performance summaries and recaps to inform decision-making.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage organizational workflows and maintain organized systems for asset management, project tracking, and communication.

  • Support coordination and end-to-end tracking of international marketing projects, collaborating with global stakeholders and international partners.

  • Maintain and update international marketing calendars, plans, and documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across international marketing operations.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of International Marketing, including managing calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.

What you can bring:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within retail, consumer, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with project management tools preferred.

  • Proactive and dependable self-starter who can take ownership of assigned workstreams.

  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to execution and follow-through.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.

  • Solid analytical skills with a data-informed mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Familiarity with integrated (360) marketing campaigns and international markets preferred.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones.

  • Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
