Responsibilities
- Prototype and evaluate AI/ML methods that improve validation productivity, including triage acceleration, reporting automation, and workflow efficiency.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and help define inputs, outputs, success criteria, and measurable impact for AI/ML initiatives.
- Support documentation that clarifies ownership and handoffs between strategy and execution teams.
- Build small proof-of-concepts and analyses using engineering artifacts such as logs, metrics, and structured data, and summarize findings for weekly or periodic updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear documentation of assumptions, results, and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, model training, and evaluation techniques.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in mathematics and statistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and advanced data analysis libraries.
- Prior hands-on projects or coursework in machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware, or hardware testing processes.
- Exposure to software development tools and practices such as Git and agile methodologies.
