KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engagement in ongoing development projects in the team.
• Actively engage with relevant stakeholders and commitment to meet the defined timelines and targets.
• Analytical support with data driven solutions
• Support the pattern grading process under the guidance of senior technicians
• Participate in customer fit sessions and contribute to fit-related improvements
• Perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical specifications

KEY REQUIREMENTS 

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Project Management or Equivalent background or Diploma in SLITA, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
• Knowledge and capability in Analytical Tools and Power Apps would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft package, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey ideas clearly and professionally.
