About Dexcom’s Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. • Department Name:  Quality Assurance
• Business Function: R&D Quality
• Team Highlights: Dexcom Portland Quality Assurance team, part of its R&D Quality unit, is based in Portland, Oregon or remotely around the globe. Our background is rich in regulatory compliance, software development life cycle, audits, risk assessments, and document control. We are closely connected and partner with RA, R&D (SW developers and SW testers), QA Compliance, IT, Cybersecurity, Labeling, Document control and Training.

Where you come in:

• You will follow procedures to ensure required deliverables meet applicable regulatory and internal requirements
• You will work closely with quality engineer to ensure the risk management project meets the defined timeline
• You will perform other duties as assigned

What makes you successful:

• You are required to have a minimum of 2 years college or working toward your bachelor degree
• You must work well independently or within a cross-functional team environment
• Your proficiency in proactive learning, attention to detail, organization and have excellent communication skills
• Having experience in the risk management requirements is a plus
• Having experience in excel, JAMA, Teams, SharePoint would be beneficial

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent. 
• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $27.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
